Hi! I love you all and am so happy to be dancing to your videos again! I have been going through so many medical issues since last year that my fitness journey was bringing me down. I was going to give up on cardio but I encouraged myself to try your videos and not beat myself if I couldn't dance as well as I did before my health declined. I did this one and a few others and I was smiling and felt so good! I did a helluva lot of modifications but it was still fun and I have come to terms that my current 100% is still enough and one day I will be active as I was before. Thank you Caleb, Allison, and Haley for your awesome vibes and smiles. I am so Friggin' Happy!
