Congratulations - she is a very beautiful doll. I managed to get one before she was sold out and became too expensive. Since I wanted one to keep in the box and one to play with, I had to get me a vintage instead. Both - vintage and repro are equally beautiful.

She's beautiful!! That hat & her collar are made from Chiffon fabric. I ordered her and waiting for her arrival. Great review.

I would leave the rubber band at the end of her ponytail. The original ones all have a rubber band until it falls apart from age.I'm surprised that they didn't use a plastic shield under her black dress.With any black fabric I am. always worried about staining.

I like watching reviews like yours, to help me decide wether or not to purchase, so thank you! Question, not sure but it looks like some sparkle, or possibly some glue on her left ear by her earring. Does it wipe off the skin or is it glue?

Thanks for the review. I'm on the fence with this doll, I would need to get Francie reproduction doll first. I really wish Mattel would stop shipping these items with obvious descriptions on the outer box. Not a good idea in some areas.

I get them on the secondary market. I want that 60th Anniversary Midge doll next.

When i saw multiple posts of the promotional photo for this doll the other week, i thought it was a photo of a reproduction doll from the 90s. Like, i thought it was a bunch of nostalgic collectors begging Mattel to make another copy. 😄 $75 isn't bad, but $50 would much better. Honestly, i think $30 is JUST right. i just saw the panties. .. $40 would be just right. 😁😆

Thank you for taking the time I appreciate it, $50 would have been great but when you have her in your hands and you realize the craftsmanship and the quality they put into this $75 is not so bad at least for me.
