Use a wire burr tool on the ends will make the tips smooth.

I love how you work-harden the pieces by hammering them with your pliers. I do the same. Great set. I can't wait to try it.

We finally get to see your face here, so nice! You are very pretty Lan! I think the trick with the pointy wire ends is to file them down with a metal file or use a wire rounder tool to round off edges. Also a dap of clear something on the ends would do the job. Maybe even melt the tips with a torch? This is a really pretty set, and so easy to make, wow! I love this funky style! Very unusual, thank you, Lan! The best!! 😍❣

The safety warning was a good idea, honestly not the most comfortable jewelry but it does make a guy think twice about getting grabby

I created a barbed wire men's bracelet. Unfortunately, when I wrapped the last step of each barb, the barbs would slip and move back and forth. No matter how tight I tried to get it, they always slipped. I tried glue but it was difficult to wrap it without getting glue all over my fingers and the bracelet. I'd like to try soldering them to it. Hoping that works. Out of all the tutorials, this is the best one by far. All the others don't look like barbed wire

I'm glad you liked it, In the last step, I used flat end pliers to clamp the wires, keeping them in place, Wish you success and make more beautiful products

I spent some time creating some barbed wire links a while back. It's amazing that I had come up with the same technique that you did! It makes me feel like maybe I do have a talent for wirebending! But, the part that has kept me from finishing a barbed wire project is the sharp barbs. No matter how I've de-burred the ends and sanded, filed, etc. they are just too sharp to be worn comfortably. How would you smooth the barbs? Ideally melting them into balls would work, but I don't work where I could use a torch. Plus, it'd probably be a bad ideal for me to use one...probably hurt myself! I have one of those de-burring tools, they seem to wear out after the first use...any suggestions? Thanks!

with this pattern I think it's hard to use them every day, is only for halloween. try to make it not dangerous, it will lose its original design
