Humble and modest lol, thanks for the laughs. Maybe look up the meaning of humble because all benji does is brag and talk about what he knows, even talks down to Judy and the kids. Judy watch out sounds like someone is kissing Benji’s ass a little too much.

It's nice to see we're learning together how to debone a whole chicken! I found that cutting from the back bone or the middle of the breast makes it easier, kuddos to the kitchen shear! I've learned you can age the beef in your own fridge. Your teriyaki chicken and beef looks delicious. Will try this with clarified butter with all the meats you made. I enjoyed this food vlog! Thank you!

Just a suggestion, you may want to wash the meats then drain them 30 minutes before marinating. It will remove most of the excess blood.

My mother always told me that U put salt on meat and it makes it TUFF big time...U cook it natural then at the table the guess puts sauce or pepper on the meat... I have never put SALT on any of my meats only if I am baking a chicken do U do Baked Chicken for your five girls... U need to buy more paper for your kids to draw on...why don't you get butchers paper in a roll up on table stick it down and make a rule only at the table and make Dad and Mum nice pictures then U can have an Art Gallery for the kids...in ages...If I did that draw on Walls or Windows I wouldn't sit down for a month or crayons would taken away for a month... Sorry but that is a nice house... Please buy some antihestames for nose not a good look you whipping your nose why cutting up steak... Did U get Giblets in the chicken or hearts...??? Yup, he didn't even change it while marinating the different meats in the bags. I too use similar gloves but soap wash them after handling other meats. First of all if I cooked/grilled chicken like you I'd burn the skin all the time especially the wings. You don't burn the wings man! Should have done a reverse cook method for the leg quarters and half breasts. Put them indirectly on the cold side of the grill and keep it there until you get temp. I know this takes a long time but it' s best. Searing the chicken is bs. Then bring it to the hot side to get grill marks. Steaks and beef you did right. There's no reason to 'burn' your chicken early just to get the 'grill marks' that people love. That's so false. 32:56 you cook chicken on one side while the other side with the pan is burning hot? Waste of grilling bro. You could have cooked all that remaining batch in one take. WTF? Put steak in the pan. Short ribs on the grill. Boom your done. Also forget your cast iron, steak belongs on the grill grate.
