Benji is so humble and modest. It's so refreshing to see someone who literally enjoys cooking like he does to say he's not an expert and always learning & evolving to perfect his craft and passion!!! Love this and love your content!!!

Humble and modest lol, thanks for the laughs. Maybe look up the meaning of humble because all benji does is brag and talk about what he knows, even talks down to Judy and the kids. Judy watch out sounds like someone is kissing Benji’s ass a little too much.

Tell your Mama thank you she is so very sweet I crave her breads. The family is so blessed to have her.❤❤❤
I like watching these long ones every sunday, i do my meal preps and it feels like we are cooking together
It's nice to see we're learning together how to debone a whole chicken! I found that cutting from the back bone or the middle of the breast makes it easier, kuddos to the kitchen shear! I've learned you can age the beef in your own fridge. Your teriyaki chicken and beef looks delicious. Will try this with clarified butter with all the meats you made. I enjoyed this food vlog! Thank you!

I bought a 400 pack of nitrile gloves a few months ago at Costco for like $20 on sale. Game changer! For food prep, cleaning, you name it. Just throw away when done.
Just a suggestion, you may want to wash the meats then drain them 30 minutes before marinating. It will remove most of the excess blood.

Yes, especially the short ribs…they might have little specs of ground bones since they slice it with the machine.

There are many chefs/cooks who never wash their meats. Or take off feather remnants. Even worse, those that season directly on the packaging! 😢🤢🤮

Always looking to elevate my grilling skills thanks for this. The grill right against the house is giving me anxiety tho 😬😬😂
Hi benji, i have a tip from how we Cambodians do it when we cook chickens...we normally Slice cut them on both sides of the meats. So the marinate will ho into the meats and also cooks faster and evenly. We do it with any cuts of the chickens, wings, drums thighs breast etc

There could be bone shavings from when the butcher cuts those kalbi and then there would be crunchy bone shards while eating, its good to rinse off the short ribs before marinating/cooking.
Freeze grapes to put in your wine to keep it cold. Love your videos, always learning something new. 👍
Awww man, I wanna make some good steaks like those but I don’t have a huge grill. Do you suggest that as an alternative I can use my stove to achieve that same texture and look as yours did on the grill?
Benji get a charcoal grill!!! The chicken is my favorite on the charcoal
Thanks for sharing this, Benji! I think I'll be getting a whole chicken next time so that I can cut it myself.
I love making teriyaki sauce mine has brown sugar and some vinegar ginger is a must so good!🎉

Hi Benji! New sub to your channel but not to Judy’s channel. These coking videos and your shopping trips with the girls are my new fav vids. I do the same thing with countertops but then after use the non toxic spray also. I’m going to try your teriyaki marinade that way I can control the sugar content. When i use to eat meat, it would be the steak than ribs. I'd skip the chicken unless it was fried 😂
I love your hauls n now the cooking, however why don’t you wash your meat?
@hirolla74
27 күн бұрын
He should have at least rinsed the chicken after cutting it. And let it sit in a colander before marinating. The cut short ribs maybe rinse too because the band saw cut bone fragments onto the meat; don't want that. Steaks are fine pat drying.

change your gloves. dont wash them. no wonder your kids get sick.
@Meena-iy5sp

So true. That’s why I wonder why on Judy’s vlogs the kids always get stomach flu. Maybe because of how they cook and handle,and prepare before cooking especially raw meat. Benji change your gloves and wash your hands before touching something. And when you touch your nose change the gloves and wash your hands again.
❤
Benji why do U put so much salt on your meat... My mother always told me that U put salt on meat and it makes it TUFF big time...U cook it natural then at the table the guess puts sauce or pepper on the meat... I have never put SALT on any of my meats only if I am baking a chicken do U do Baked Chicken for your five girls... U need to buy more paper for your kids to draw on...why don't you get butchers paper in a roll up on table stick it down and make a rule only at the table and make Dad and Mum nice pictures then U can have an Art Gallery for the kids...in ages...If I did that draw on Walls or Windows I wouldn't sit down for a month or crayons would taken away for a month... Sorry but that is a nice house... Please buy some antihestames for nose not a good look you whipping your nose why cutting up steak... Did U get Giblets in the chicken or hearts...??? Sorry if I was rude in anyway but snifling I felt like passing you a tissue from Australia...if I could....😂😂😂😂😂😂

Cross contamination like a mofo, change your gloves bro.
@hirolla74
27 күн бұрын
Yup, he didn't even change it while marinating the different meats in the bags. I too use similar gloves but soap wash them after handling other meats. I would have drained all the meats onto a colander, sit in room temp (like cold oven) before grilling. He could have cooked all of the chicken at the same time using reverse method.
@Dogmama00
27 күн бұрын
The fact that he puts his hands before everyone’s health smh, suck it up already and just change the gloves.
First of all if I cooked/grilled chicken like you I'd burn the skin all the time especially the wings. You don't burn the wings man! Should have done a reverse cook method for the leg quarters and half breasts. Put them indirectly on the cold side of the grill and keep it there until you get temp. I know this takes a long time but it' s best. Searing the chicken is bs. Then bring it to the hot side to get grill marks. Steaks and beef you did right. There's no reason to 'burn' your chicken early just to get the 'grill marks' that people love. That's so false. 32:56 you cook chicken on one side while the other side with the pan is burning hot? Waste of grilling bro. You could have cooked all that remaining batch in one take. WTF? Put steak in the pan. Short ribs on the grill. Boom your done. Also forget your cast iron, steak belongs on the grill grate.

You know it's always helpful to give constructive criticism without being rude. Tone matters. I know Benji is used to it and doesn't let it get to him but people are human beings. Talk to people nicely 😒
@Dogmama00

@@safiya15this advice should be directed at benji too, you must completely ignore the way he speaks to people because he could learn a thing or two. You know the saying goes treat people how you want to be treated, this is his karma for the way he talks to others.
