@@kinomad1 No thanks, the pleasure is all mine. I think what is so pertinent (to my dog too) is the fact these dogs and many you show in your videos capture so well what I've always struggled to articulate adequately. Dogs that are both tall/powerful/ big boned but also extremely athletic, masterpieces of functionality. I guess this is why it's no mistake that the fighting dog strains also look this way.

Quite possibly the most amazing and magnificent dogs I have ever seen. Barbar is only 13 mos and he has a physique like that?? Hes gonna be a monster. Am I wrong when I see a bit of Kangal or Anatolian in their heads? Barbars face markings are a bit similar to the Anatolian. Either way, I am making a poster size picture of Barbar (2:28) for my wall. GREAT WORK KINOMAD!!!

My dog looks almost exactly like these 2's except mine looks white with biscuit in color out of Romania. Gorgeous dogs that you have! and yes big like wolves!

Central Asian shepherd and alabai is the same breed correct?

Beautifully shot video, a good working dog should be able to run, jump, climb and swim. It was great to see the dogs moving and not another video of a dog lumbering along to tide to a chain. Can you post something on the diet and feeding of these dogs. Many thanks.

In normal circumstances I feed them daily with 1 part cooked rise, 1 part cooked wheat flour, and 1 part chicken back (which contains bone, meet, and fat in its natural proportion). Weekly I give them once or twice 1-2 pieces of pig leg/pelvis-bones. Puppies from 3 month till 12 month got only 1/4 part chicken back, not to grow too fast. Weekly twice pig scapula as many as they can eat. The principle is: lot of bone for building skeleton, but not many meet, to avoid growing too fast. For pregnant and nursing females, puppies under 3 month I raise the chicken back proportion to 1/2 part of the whole daily food.

+75 Attispisti Nem. Az apja, az öreg falkavezérem. Igen, épp dolgozom egy újabb videón abból a sorozatból, remélem a napokban fel tudom tölteni. Köszönöm szépen az elismerést! Sajnos pont ez a két fiatal nem igazán pásztorkutya. (Az idős kan viszont elsőrangú pásztorkutyákat nemz. Ezeknek a felnőtt kutyáknak is ő az apja: kzread.info/dash/bejne/nKeEtpSPY8W6iJc.html ) Majd valamikor feltöltök egy videót amiben bemutatom és elmagyarázom, hogy miért nem. (Ők már az őrkutya projektem részei. Csak még nincs külön webes felületem hozzá.)

if tails were not docked, would they curl forward? How long would the ears be if not cropped? These are very nice, athletic, fit animals. The few I have seen in person were not as good quality.

+umm no Actually docking wasn't done by me. These dogs wasn't bred by me. I don't like docked tails, 'cause in my opinion is disfunctional. But lot of people outhere like docked tails. It gives a look, a style. I am working from 20 years with shepherd dogs but I don't know for sure why this docking habit. I have a theory but is long.

Wow! do you crop and dock their tails as they're pups? I'd like some more information about this breed, I'm from Arizona and we're looking for a guardian for our navajo churro sheep?

Yes, we do when they are a few days old. The are bred for thousand years for guarding sheep.

frederik meire Well .... the male should be around 78 cm/55kg now but he is very young yet. He has more to develop (in weight) The female should be around 69cm/45kg. She is even younger.

Köszönöm szépen! A kuvasz (és komondor) populációt már hosszú évtizedek óta nem pásztorkutyaként tenyésztik. Már körülbelül annyi közük van a pásztorkutyákhoz mint mondjuk a leonbergiknek vagy bernáthegyiknek.

It is a (bad)habit. Many people thing that is better for the dog. But not me. The dog should look better, tougher, so it is salable.
