Just got my first Eureka Perfetto and it was a game changer for me. Fantastic grinder..
I like the taste profile of the 50mm eureka filtro burrs a lot for light roast espresso, that's something you could check out
Is it just me or did the eureka manuale sound really quiet
A shot comparison would've been helpful.
The Baratza has limited steps, but it's much easier to clean and user-repairable after warranty.
I think conical burrs give more body highlighting mouthfeel, flat burrs offer better flavor separation highlighting the notes.
Baratza Encore ESP for $240 or the Breville Smart Grinder Pro for $245, for espresso shots, Which one would you buy?
