    This is a great video! Very objective and useful. I found my grinding consistency goes bad (you can clearly see some very coarse particles together with some small particles) when I set it above 30 and I don't know if it is the problem with my machine. After seeing your video I know that this is a common phenomenon! It really helps a lot!

    I can't help myself but if the machine is on and grinding at 30, you adjust it to 40 and turn the machine off... it's not a 40 setting ground... it's like variable around 35....with a range of ground sizing.
