+++ aye means yes. If you guys follow proper parliamentary procedure, it should've been present and voting instead. The presiding officer, in this case the captain, should've been called last and just said present since presiding officers should remain impartial

+++ reading of the minutes na part haha. the orange shirt girl should've made a motion before the secretary even started reading the previous minutes. moreover, dumeretso lang siyang tumayo when making that motion which is a big no no. do not rise if you are not acknowledged first by the presiding officer, with the exception of nominations. The captain should've pointed out that the girl was out of order hehe

+++ ang motion to suspend the reading of the minutes was not voted upon by the assembly, nag tap na agad ng gavel ang chair. Tandaan, every motion must be voted upon.

+++ if you want to be technical, ang adjournment should be voted via voting by raising of hands, not by voice (since voting by voice is for large assemblies).
