Leon, you need to be careful here, a lot of these bars are really controlled by various criminal organisations, this isn't the west and I would not rely on the local Police. Due to the increase in vloggers there is a lot of negatively over people filming on Walking Street regardless what the law says. I would avoid the bar until that case is resolved, if that ever happens, but I don't see the advantage in trying to escalate the incident, your camera is on wide focus and does film both sides of the street. Have you made a compliant against the Filipinas who attacked Shaira?
