Confused why Banza got the green check mark for having the most fat, especially saturated fat. Should the check mark go to Annie's and Goodles?

been binging the goodles and i bought the banza today, so i hope it doesn’t disappoint

Literally just found goodles last week! I was very happily impressed with their normal Mac and cheese - the noodles were actually basically normal tasting. I couldn’t stand banza the one time I tried it.

If a kid with autism ONLY (ever) wants to eat goodles mac and cheese for dinner (and that's it), is that 1) enough daily protein and 2) enough nutrients? Some people are trying to tell me it's okay and it's healthy. I suspect that it is not.

Our go to is Tyson White Meat chicken nuggets. Would love to hear that against another brand of choice.
