Very few foreclosures are left in this great shape. A lot of homeowners who have to vacate due to foreclosure will damage the house for the hell of it.

This video is from way back in 2015... I'm often asked if there are bank foreclosure deals still around. The better question to ask is, are there still DEALS still around... the answer is an unequivocal "YES", although they mostly aren't in the bank-owned form commonly seen in 2008-2010. For a variety of reasons, a good number of properties- even undamaged, desirable luxury homes- are on the market at any given time, just waiting for an offer far less than true value, to be gladly accepted. Do you need all cash? That would be preferable, but a firm bank loan commitment based on a full down payment that you already have on hand can be almost as good... And if the property is that screaming of a deal, it should appraise out just fine, no?

To bad I live by myself now I live on Melbourne beach Florida my house is probably worth close to $500,000 I have a pool that's bigger than that with a hot tub but I have it all screened in I would never have a pool in Florida unless it had a screen enclosure but it is a beautiful house for a family..$700,000 that's it or the bank can sit on it forever..💲💰💰💲
