Do they understand what auction means?.... Auctions are sales where it's sold by the highest bidder.. Theres no set price... Nothing about negotiation... The only price on auction is sometimes they set a minimum price they want to sell it for.... Unless what he means is that they have bought it at an auction and they are selling to the the public.... If they say auction it's as if people are now coming to bid on it..
