Музыка

Here I break down into 5 steps the strum I use for Bluegrass and Old Time sound on a banjo ukulele. This is a lot of fun - so follow along in the tutorial; take some breaks to practice each of the steps along the way and in no time, you'll be rippin' it up!

    The reason I call it "The Secret Strum" is it was a secret to me how I did it! People would ask and I didn't really know - it just kind of happened...It took me a while to slow it down and figure it out. Hope you enjoy it - it's a lot of fun!

    Just got my own Aklot in, and trying it out (I'm a complete beginner at banjolele, but I play a bit of guitar), and I feel good with the way you explain some basic stuff. Thanks, ... and now I have to practice. See you

    🤯 actually taking it step by step and it IS do-able! Made it to step 3! My husband is amused by my walking around dazed and air strumming! 😂 but it works!! Thank you!

    Thank-you hat was a great lesson!. You broke it down so I could get it. I wanted a strun for one part of a short silly song I wrote. When I fully master it I will play around with all the different parts of this stum.

    I'm sure that is the same(or very similar) to the George Formby strum?

  • @fourstringstrummer

    @fourstringstrummer

    Жыл бұрын

    George Formby used a couple of different strums consistently - these ones are a bit different. He was actually a very skilled player. These are kind of a cross between a style he would use and clawhammer.
