It’s true.. the clue for their success is communication with Army. They show themselves as they are.. sometimes with make up, sometimes without, happy and sad, tired and hungry. Even yesterday, they shared how they felt with Army before and after Grammys Thank you HANBAM for this second Documentary that can only make Army feel proud

they're the few most humble artists i know that really communicate and sincerely engage with their fans. and they're not afraid to show their worries or weaknesses even tho they show it in form of their music (well, no wonder they're musicians, right?). they're trying to be as transparent as possible to us so we will know they are just like us, ordinary human beings and we can relate to them. tbfh, i never ever ever ever feel this much love from my other favorite artists, BTS was the first one to give this much love to their fans and WE ALL CAN FEEL IT! i know other artists love their fans too but the BTS' love for their fans is another whole level universe

i got into kpop around 2011 and was a fan of other boy group before. im also just a casual listener of BTS since their debut until 2016. yes it is the communication and numerous quality contents that makes BTS the only group that i stan now. they show their reality life in front of the camera and never act/fake it. I've never seen any other groups doing many contents for fans like them. and of course the main part is their music, lyrics and performances that makes me become an ARMY. never gonna regret it 💜

I really appreciate this documentary! When I saw that the second part would focus on social media I was skeptical because so many analysts have tried to explain BTS's success as just being a product of social media use, in a way which feels dismissive. However this documentary series not only acknowledged that the main reason for success is their music and message, with social media being an important but secondary factor, but furthermore you actually analysed the reason why their social media usage has benefitted them so much. It's the authentic down-to-earth nature of their content, and the humanistic way of interacting with fans which make their posts so engaging. It's not simply a calculated marketing strategy (though I'm not denying it helped in that regard), but their content is surprisingly unfiltered, not always completely flattering, and seems to be genuinely motivated by a wish to communicate their feelings and document their journey, not just to be seen as 'cool' or popular. It's not just the volume of content, but the quality and effort put into it, the sincerity, humility, humour, and directness of connection which can't be faked.

Thank you for this docu video. I am really proud to be an ARMY, showing my support and love to our boys in ways I can. I love them not only for their talents but also for their beautiful spirit as humans. Their perseverance, determination, patience, genuinity, kindness, compassion and honesty are exemplary to all generations (not just young people); they are literally lessons-in-person on how to be a good decent human. I wish more people have the blessings to get to know them, i know that we ARMYs are really lucky to have met them this lifetime. It is due to their beautiful selves that in turn, turned millions' hearts to loving them. I love you BTS! Thanks too for showing clips of the beautiful ARMYs' spirits, those moments actually made me tear up seeing those faces of joy when speaking about our boys. I feel the love every ARMY feels. ARMY is a beautiful and wonderful community. I love you ARMYs! Side-note: Grams don't deserve them and they don't need that award for validation because they have millions of ARMYs walking hand-in-hand with them.
