Hey rafsan! great video like always my man, just one thing, i dont know the real technicalities to things when it comes to microphones, however your microphone tends to peak when you talk to it, as in the audios too loud and crunchy when you talk close to it, i think that may be solved in editing? or just try to keep a decent distance away from the microphone!

that is happening because his vocal pitch touching the red lines in audio levels of the mic. It can be solved by if he records in 32bit float (newest dji mic 2 has this feature in terms of portability). Another way would be to record in reduced levels ( -16db to -6db) adjusted from the camera, that way his voiceovers would always be in the range + the ambient noises would also be reduced.

তুমি যে সুইট বিফটা খেলে মুরগীর রোস্টের সাথে সেই রেসিপিটাকে বলে 'গ্লাসি' এটা রাশিয়ান রেসিপি। আমার নানা বাড়ীতে এটার কদর অনেক। আমি সেখান থেকেই গ্লাসি রেসিপি শিখেছি। বেসিক্যালি, গ্লাসি আদার রস প্রচুর টম্যাটো ক্যাচাপ সুগার এবং পিওর বাটার দিয়ে রান্না করা হয় খুব লো হিটে অনেক সময় নিয়ে। টোটালি পানি ছাড়া রাধতে হয় এই রেসিপি। আদার রসে লবন দিয়ে গোশতকে মাখিয়ে রাখতে হয় ২-৩ ঘণ্টা।
