I agree… Even in India Rickshaw and Cab would stop because they are thinking they have got a customer… I am not talking about uber or ola where the destination and fare are prepaid but general rickshaws and cabs that are on the road… They are bad tourist attempting to rip off a hard working humble poor guy…
