They are different from hindus on religious lines, obvious. Difference of Language gives quest for their separate identity another dimension. And i second that only the elites and well educated among muslims have impeccable knowledge of URDU which they apply in using it as well. Does not apply in cases of munna pintures and rashid darji.. They are free to leave Bangladesh for their beloved Pakistan but it is pyara pyare Pakistan that is letting them down by not taking them back, so it's a kick in the teeth to them but yet these guys are clueless and still day dreaming to this day of returning to Pakistan or India. I would be happy if they want to leave Bangladesh, whatever is best for them plus it would free up some much needed space in Bangladesh, we shouldn't get in the way of them leaving but it is India or Pakistan that is not taking them back so this isn't our fault. I wish them all the best and yes the BD government should always help them even if it means sending back to Pakistan by way of agreement on a government level.

Nothing wrong. These Bihari Muslims supported the unity and territorial integrity of their country which came into existence on the eve of " Lailatul Qadar " They are the real patriots. Only a section of Awami league wanted separation of East Bengal from Pakistan. If there was No Indo Pak war in 1971 there would never be any Bangladesh at all.

Its very easy for Bangladesh govt to count each and every individual killed during 1971 roits. As an academic we never get the answer because the Bangladesh govt never reveals the numbers. They say millions and millions but still waiting for exact numbers. If the govt can reward in terms of monetary funds and jobs to the muktibahni families their children and grand children it's very easy to give list and numbers of martyrs during 1971 mayhem. Why the figures aren't revealed is obvious that the death toll is not the same as propagated. Yes many killed and injured and a blow to humanity.

Bangladesh ne 1972 me Bihari Ko Bangladesh ka citizenship lene ka option diya tha tab 600000 Bihari ne Bangladesh ki citizenship li aur 550000 ne Pakistan Jane ka decided Kiya.
