i Think for best accomodation in Salakan, capitol of Banggai Island. Get a ferry from Luwuk to Salakan everyday at 4pm.

Thank you! We have been on the Banggai Islands end of November and it was amazing. You can visit Banggai no matter what month you go. Enjoy!

the log lake, is there like a bunch of people waiting to use the boat or were you the only ones there? Also, can you swim in the lake?

Yes you can definitely swim in the lake, it is beautiful. (But cold) and no, there weren’t a lot of people waiting to use the boat. People come and go
