    Nice vlog.You mentioned it's dangerous coming downhill!! So when you return from ooty you encounter those 36 hairpin bends again or it's a different route?

    For return journey we took the Gudalur route. Gudalur route is also very scenic route and you will get lots of view point to see.

    If you are doing a road trip from Bangalore to Ooty go via Gudalur route , iss route pe aapka bahut saara view point cover ho jayega jaise Needle Rock view point, Pykara lake & waterfalls, Shooting point and baki Ooty me family tour ke liye maine ek separate detail me vlog banaya hai - kzread.info/dash/bejne/nWau2byyqpPXZrA.html Aap ye check kar sakte hai.     I was informed by some locals and the hotel staff that only Neelgiri registered vehicles are allowed downhill through hair pin bends

    Agar aap 12 baje din ke bol rahe hai to bus sayad mushkil hai but aap Redbus ki app me check karlo Bus ke liye . Cab kabhi bhi mil jayegi at 14 Rs per Km . Cab ke liye apko khud dhundhna hoga kyu ki hum apni car se gaye the .

    No epass is required to enter Ooty or bandipur. When entering to tamilnadu you have to give RS. 30 in cash for toll

    You can start your journey from Bangalore little early like 2 am as we did so that you can reach Bandipur check post by 6 am. Bangalore to Bandipur check post route is totally safe for night driving in our experience.

    It's not recommended at night because most of the route is through forest and secondly these forest routes are not open at night, instead try early morning like 3 to 4 am in the morning so that you can reach bandipur around 6 to 7 am by that time forest routes are open.

    If you had already done the booking ask them about the route, because the bandipur route opens at 6 am in the morning for 4 wheeler .

    It's not "Mai soor"... it's "MYSURU" And it is not "Gundal pet" it's "GUNDLUPETE" and also it is not any "bandhi" ka pur.. its "BANDIPURA".. please donot pronounce it incorrectly.. because every place has got its own identity and is been recognized by its significant name. So its everyone's responsibility to uphold the integrity of the place without pronouncing it incorrectly.. If you don't know how to be pronounced - Google is at your service🙏
