Hi How do you feel after riding ninja 300 after 400/500 KM in a day as a solo rider with luggage. Do you get back pain/body pain. Please share your detailed opinion. Most of them say it's not suitable for lost distance travelling.

for long distance like 400 kms, u will get tired, but usually i ride with a lot of breaks, so somehow i manage

luggage i keep in back seat with bunjee so no weight on my body throughout the journey,

Sport tourers are not for everyone since you have to learn a little forward. Many prefer naked or adv bikes due to their upright ergonomics. You need timely breaks and have to keep yourself hydrated on a long ride ~400kms. I can easily do 600 in one day on my 300. It's all about getting used to it. And 300 is not at all that aggressive on your body as RC 390 which is track focussed.
