Hello simple n beautiful , Hope you doing good !!! Yes, It is mandatory to have RT-PCR negative report for everyone above 5 years of age who is not fully vaccinated. Those fully vaccinated should have completed 14 days from the second dose. The RT-PCR test for the kid should be within 48hrs. @@richadixitxplore thank you,while coming back from goa,old rtpcr report for kid will be valid or we have to get new test done? If you have any idea on it...or we should go for antigen test at border?

That would depend on how long your are staying in Goa , as in Goa they accept only Rtpcr Negative report which is not more than 72hours old i.e Report remains valid for 3 days only.

Hello Dream Wanderer , hope you doing good.... If you have taken 2 doses of Vaccination then the certificate would be enough, but incase you took 1st dose only or none then, Negative RT-PCR report is required but not more then 72 hours old. Further, there are additional rules if you are travelling from Kerala. Students/ employees coming from Kerala will be subjected to additional 5 days of quarantine. Dharwad to Goa road condition is very nice except some few kilometers stretch inside Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary which is under construction otherwise entire route is smooth plus western Ghats too have fabulous roads .
