Hi, yesterday i had my medical. Today I got Offer Letter Mail. After two hours the Medical Lab's mail came that they have forwarded my Reports to the HR. Now I get confused that how come the offer letter comes first and the Med Lab have submitted reports later? Is this like that Indigo has sent the offer letter to every selected candidate without waiting for Test Lab Report? I am saying this because the Offer Letter has all the things you have mentioned, the DD amount, But not the date and place of doc submission. It only mentioned that this offer letter is valid for 3months from the date of issue. Pls help to understand this.

@@Akkhangura177 it could be letter of intent in a sense, but the title of letter is Offer Letter and it has nothing as Fit to Fly, ON Hold etc. status

@@Akkhangura177 why indigo sends offer of employment? or if it is a knowledge base then it has to be send on the day when all rounds are cleared. You see, this brings confusion in candidate's mind whether she is in our not. In my opinion, such letter has to be send after the medical only. They have left us in mid by sending such letter. now waiting for actual letter. :(
