If anyone thinks that boxing is just about lacing a pair of gloves on, think again. It’s a bloody tough unforgiving sport. Go for you runs in the morning Work Gym in the evenings Cutting weight Live like a monk for the best part of your pro or amateur career You turn pro, because there is no where further to go as amateur. You dream of titles , you always tell yourself the big money will come, enough for that house deposit would great.. You soon Realise the industry is full of parasites. They don’t even Match or look after their fighters right in the early stages of their careers. They’re busted up after 10 fights. The only winner are the promoters. Once they are done with you, they move on to the new stock. Your just a commodity.. the trainers today are god awful.. You Screw a fighter, make sure you can deal with the aftermath..

I got stabbed in the lung. I know exactly what that feeling is like. You think you are dying and the pain where your chest cavity is filling with blood is more than fkn sore.

Fun fact when frank got rushed to hospital my dad was standing I the hall way and the doctors pushed frank past my dad in the hospital bed
