Great video man. I think one thing you're missing out on is operator positioning and where they prosper and diminish in positions. It's very important aspect, if not the most important when bringing operators, is how you can/will position off of the selected operator you're playing. Mute can definitely accel in a more extended position as his jammers can support him. As well as playing close quarters allowing him to take advantage in gunfights with attackers walking into his shotgun. Bandit could be more of a roam/fill heavy operator. Not having much utility on him at times he's more expendable if he gets all of it out early round, allowing him to roam and or fill postions on the bombsite when a teammate dies is a position that needs to be played. Kaid with the TCSG and 1.5x on his Aug allows him to play longer range angles and crosses on the bombsite (I.E. holding rafters on Clubhouse from atop green box in Cash). Overall the scoring is great, just implement where these attackers accel and diminish in their positioning and what they can do in situations from the positions they're in.

Hey Mayo, this is kinda crazy cause I used to watch your vids before you quit and you were a huge reason why I improved at siege. I appreciate the feedback and I'm constantly looking for ways to improve my videos as much as I can. Another person told me to take their speeds into account and I think this would be the best way to do just that. I'll have to come up with a category for their positioning/role or I'll have to take that into account in a current category but I will definitely be thinking of this in the future

@@BMP Of course, I would steer away from breaking down specific situations, as there's in theory an infinite amount of them. Look at the facts of what the operator brings and how they can utilize this to their advantage to put them in better positions. With guns, primary, and secondary utility it shows how they can use these items to their advantage with playing specific areas of the map's and what they can counter and or do with their utility. Continue making content, it will evolve as you go. Good luck, my friend!

Wish you would take their speed/armor into consideration. Bandit is a really good spare roamer. While Mute and Kaid are hard anchors due to their 1 speed rating.

@@JeffHardyTheEnigmaticOne I used to think so too, but the key is to not overly pre-fire. Use flash hider and take a brief second to REALLY line up your shots before you hit the trigger. The DPS is so goddamn fast that even if you start shooting a little later than the oponent, you will often out-gun them. Aim straight for the lower/middle chest area and it is fucking devastating. Don't pick long range head-glitchy gun fights, and just focus on lining up the crossairs BEFORE you start shooting. Absolutely melts people. Your tracking and recoil control will come with time. Do a bunch of deathmatch games with sound OFF so you have to rely on reaction times, positioning, and remaining calm under sudden pressure. It's a beast of a gun.

Nuts how such a high quality channel is getting so little attention. Just started getting back into siege after a few years, already got tons of useful info from a few videos

Man I always feel bad for the Mute range rework. I find him very useful for that secondary walls, walls that protect really good line of sight but not worth the bandit or kaid.

Perfect video!! Awesome tier list! One important thing that you didn't bring to the video, of these three operators, bandit is the only that is 3 speed. Wich makes him the only good roamer of it. And in my opinion, the more versatile. Also because he can eletrify the barbed wire. Kaid can to, but just there's only one claw left to use, while bandit still have 3 batteries. And, personally the MP7 feels very great to use man, the rate of fire, recoil, dps and his speed is the perfect combo! (He even have the best elite skin, and interesting lore, in my opinion ahauabhaha) Thank's for the video! +1 subscriber

Kaid electrifying wire is super useful but only in the extremely specific situation where it can reach both the wall and wire without being obvious

I think Mute is the best because his gadget can stop drones and stop breaches. He role is an Intel-Denier an Anti-Breacher. His Signal Jammer also jams claymores, air-jabs, Lion scans, Dokkabei phone calls, Jackal footprint tracker, Finka's gadget, Sens gadget, Iana's decoys, Fuse gadget and Blitz's shield.

@Herra Majuri Unless you have Twitch or Zero who can easily counter Kaid. Mute also has better guns, and his jammers can be used as anti breach and Intel denial. As for Kaid, his gadget is mostly used for anti breach and sometimes area denial if you use the electro claws on barbed wires.

I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure with mute there’s like a range for example if your playing hibana you shoot the things on a wall all you have to do is back up

i play a lot these three ops because my friends dont and in ranked they are required in almost every round. Kaid has the best prinary gadget ofc, but the guns aren't so good so i prefere to play bandit (mp7 god tier gun). Mute on the other side isn't a replacement to electrified walls, but is very good to disable lots of other abilities. Mute and bandit is a solid combo if you want to really protect the objective. This said, i play mostly mute because i love the shotgun+smg+nitro combo

Mute is still one of the best operators in terms of overall electronic disabling but Kaid definitely has the more versatile gadget being able to place it in funky positions. Usually he is banned in my ranked ganes

You did a good job on this cross analysis video, but I would personally disagree with you on one minor point which is the “You’ll never use the P226 over the SMG-11” sentiment. The P226 has some of the best irons of any handgun in siege, the damage is consistent, the recoil is nonexistent even without the muzzle break, and the rate of fire is workable. I find the SMG-11 to be too jerky to be a viable option without tap firing instead of burst firing. I’d assume it’s easier to control on a mouse and keyboard, but I can’t seem to work it on a controller. Even though almost every shotgun/DMR operator has a secondary smg option as the automatic option, I find that already being in a mindset of a pump or semi automatic primary weapon better translates to better usage of a semi automatic secondary. As you said though, it’s all personal preference

Honestly good review. But Kaids electroclaw is the single best reinforced wall protector, i get bandit tricks are OP, but kaids are unkillable if you’re good at placement. His guns are too weak tho, the removal of the 1.5x hurt kaid a lot

Mutes shotgun should give him a higher score on versatility because of the rotations that he can make but bandit cannot

I like a Kaid mute combo, I'm bad at aim but great at Kaid tricking so having someone to play mute helps protects from twitch drones

Pro tipp: Ban Ace and do some active bandit action

Kaid is for simple mass wall denial Bandit is for specific important wall denial points And Mute is for everything

Bandit is good for tricking and had a good shotgun. Mute is good for getting blitz chargers and drones. Kaid is good with his slug shotgun.

I say its better mainly because on a lot of bombistes you need barbwire. For example CCTV on club. If you don't have bard wire or a trap on redstairs an attacker can easily sneak up it and catch you by surprise. Barb wire allows you to prevent those kinds of situations without a teamate having to be sat on a camera.

I honestly feel Bandit got the short end of the stick here. Mute's wall denial is the weakest, but at the same time it isn't as visually distinct and also is more versatile. Denying drone entry and some gadgets. Kaid can place his gadget anywhere he wants and do so absurd angles to deny a breach. Bandit.... Can only place his batteries and they are always stationary. In my humble opinion, i feel Kaid should have his 1.5x back, and maybe some upgrades to his kit, but make his gadget weaker to Bandit's in some way, so that there is a trade off in using one or the other. Maybe bandit's are easier to remove but last longer, while Kaid's are safer but run on a timer, forcing the player to use them more strategically then throwing them and never thinking about them ever again.

Bruh Mute Is an Easy 10/10 in versatility with the shotgun, and the mute jammers that can counter drones and counter Dokkaebi and Lion. His gadgets should be a 9/10

It's a bit weird to pit mute against kaid and bandit. They don't fill the same role. You usually want a mute on top of bandit/kaid to deal with drone operators, not instead of. And most importantly, the 'breach denial' aspect of his gadget is just a bonus, of course it doesn't compete with operators that can only do that.

The answer should just be yes. They all have an equal amount of situations that they are extremely great at that the others don’t have. Kaid can’t trick like Bandit which imo makes him slightly worse though blocking hatches is crazy good on some sites. Mute is pretty good at his job but he shines with sites where it is not crucial for entry denial and having 4 to use can be enough to use his gadgets for several tasks. They should all be tied imo, great operators

Isn't the p12 one of the worst pistol ? Fat iron sights that blocks what you're aiming at, 44 damage which is really low... Pistols like the q-929 or pmm are so much better with their 60+ damage and cleaner iron sights

When it comes to wall denial mute is the worst, mainly because that isn’t his primary use. Then there is an equal case for kaid and bandit but I would say kaid over bandit in 9/10 cases

Obviously this isn't specific to you, but I feel like the number rating system is too arbitrary. It's based kinda just on feeling, like why give 8 out of 10 specifically or why even use an out of 10 rating. My personal opinion is that it's better to just describe strengths/weaknesses; ex: "bandit is good in this situation, but bad in this situation" or "kaid good here, kaid bad here", etc. Then at the end, you can say who you think has enough strengths to outweigh their weaknesses, but leave it open ended so that viewers are encouraged to give their reasons why they think someone else might have the edge. It might drive up engagement on your vids and get people talking strats in the comments which is always fun lol P.S. I like your videos overall so please don't take this too harshly.

Barbed wire gives you sound cues when it’s being broken and walked over. The cam can be shot and broken or smacked and rendered useless.

I think your placement is backwards. You said that Bandit literally has the best SMG and Shotgun in the game but because Mute has a Machine Pistol, he automatically has a better loadout even though Kaid has the worst loadout and versatility out of all 3. Mute and Bandit having nitro should also automatically give them #1. Kaid's only advantage is quicker gadget placement. That's it. His shotgun is sweaty and not nearly as good as Bandit and Mute's. Their SMG's are also way better too

Kaids claw is not better than bandits gadget. both depend on the situation as you can be easily countered by thatcher if you are kaid. if thatcher throws 2 EMPs in quick succession its impossible to kaid trick in any way while you can still bandit trick. although if thatcher is banned you can run kaid and kaid trick which is especially good against ace since its almost impossible to get both selma breaches with a bandit trick.

I feel the better solution would be to improve Kaid's weapons but give him the Wamai treatment, where his gadget is similar to Bandit's, but trading off the versatility for deployment with it having a timer. Kaid's Claws would be able to connect on any angle and provide breach protection, but only for a set amount of time, say, 30 seconds? While bandit would have an infinite battery that can more easily be disabled. This way you would be trading duration for flexibility. And Kaid's kit could also be more fun to play with. I feel Wamai's gadget is a sidegrade to Jaeger's gadget. While i feel mostly Kaid's gadget is a direct upgrade to Bandit's, and for balance sake, Kaid ends up losing on weaponry. Which sucks

i dont think bandit and kaid deserve 10/10 on gadgets. nitro is godtier but barbed wire is not that great. impacts,deploy shield are way better. barbed wire is one of the worst defender gadgets in my opinion.

Yes mute will never cover the upper portion of double walls, but many walls are short enough that mute still covers them fully horizontally
