Correct. LISTEN KIDS! This is called mutual respect under dangerous circumstances. You fight or die, sometimes you do both. This really ain't a lifestyle decision someone makes easily, being part of a "crew" of tough Men that demand respect. You either ARE or you AREN'T.

First I wanna say no ones tougher than a Bandito if you disrespect them your in for trouble, but if you respect them or keep to yourself they'll leave you alone, they don't mess around with civilians. I was just in an American Legion Post and there were around 20 Bandito's, all wearing their colors and they were more well behaved than some of the regular customers, no swearing, fighting, and they were polite to the female bartenders and patrons, even saying please and thank you. I know they do some illegal activities, but as far as I'm concerned the Bandito's are A Ok, I respect them and their colors.

Even in county jail you find people who normally would fight being some sort of semblance of friendship. Just an example had a very young dude from southwest Detroit come up to me like he wanted to start something but i didnt bite. Next morning i was in the court when he came up to me one on one and just wanted to talk. He realized i was much older and he said to me something along the lines about how he f'd up and didn't want that life anymore. I told him flat out he could be a successful physical trainer. I watched him encourage a couple young but fat guys work out with his 20 year old cut self. I said man if you truly dont want this then take it from an old man, you got what it takes to do right you just have to choose it. He gave me the biggest smile, no hugs but the kind of handshake you know is real. I still hope that feller makes it. I seen a good heart in him and told him the same. He said he never heard that from anyone ever in his 20 years alive. I said well i believe it. Hearing a thank you in jail after something like that makes you realize there is good in everybody if they can find it and get it out. I know there are exceptions, im talking in general and especially these young fellers who never stood a chance without a kick and boost to their own thoughts about their own selves.
