I wish this series was longer and not 10 episodes... but at least ever episode was the greatest and showed us a small part of what the greatest generation went through to give us the future we have now.

The first time I saw this I was a five year old, after rewatching the series it brought me back alot of memories

I once had a nightmare I was Toye and had both legs blown instead of the one, it was so vivid and I had that nightmare almost 10 years ago. I felt everything, the cold, the bits of trees flying through the air, even the sensation of my legs being gone, all while I in vain kept trying to move saying "I gotta get up" over and over. When I woke up the first thing I did was grab my legs to make sure they were still there. But my nightmare fails to compare to the real nightmare that was Toye actually losing a leg, They're all braver than I could ever dream of being.
