Hes a norteno . But they tied in with the kumi’s up north. They have a loose alliance with the blacks in the pen but on the streets they tied in like family. Theress alot of black nortenos in Northern California

Heres some black nortenos that rap. To be a norteno is to be against oppression and to have equality to every other group/gang in prison. Were better than anyone but not below anyone either. Any person from any race can be a norteno, they just have to be embraced by the cause and once they are, race doesnt matter, its all love. We program the hardest out of any gang in cali, mandatory workouts and education. Just some background info
