👩🏻🍳재료[Ingredients]: 📌1 Cup=200ml
감자 2개 400g potatoes
부침가루 4Tbsp Korean pancake mix
소금 후추 salt & pepper to taste
👩🏻🍳만들기[Instructions]:
껍질 벗긴 감자는 채 썰어
소금 후추 부침가루 섞어 5분 정도 두었다가
팬에 오일 두르고 노릇하게 부쳐 냅니다
Julienne the potatoes and mix well with the salt, pepper and pancake mix
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes
Heat a skillet with some cooking oil over medium heat
Add the mixture and spread it evenly into a small round shape. Reduce the heat to medium to medium low, and cook until the bottom is browned, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve hot with a dipping sauce

정말 먹을 것 없을 때 후다닥 하기 좋은 것 같아요!
우와 감자써는 기구(?) 저거 너무 편하고 좋아보여요!! 감자로 해먹는거는 어지간해서 다 좋아하는데 이건 간식으로 해먹어도 좋겠어요!! 식어도 맛있을거 같은 음식이예요:)

저 기구 최근 구입했는데 정말 잘~샀다하는 제품이에요! 마지막 슬라이스까지 손 다칠 염려없이 금방 썰어지고 너무 편해요^^ 밥반찬으로도 좋고~그냥 먹어도 좋고~ 재료도 만만하고~ 만들기도 간단하고~ 다 좋아요!😄
