Banana Peanut Butter Breakfast smoothie
Ingredients
2 banana
4 dates pitted
1-2 cups ice
1-2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup oats
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp chia seeds
1-2 tbs peanut butter
This is meant to be a meal replacement for breakfast, I don’t recommend eating it with food if you are trying to lose weight or lower your calories!
