Naan bread is amazing, I have a neighbor from india and he makes the best naan bread and hes an amazing indian cook. The are some of the nicest and most hospitable people I know

Hello Boy how sad. He didn't mean it . And you jumped into saying something not nice. You cannot write off india as a third world country . Anyways that's not the point. i think what he said was more of a cultural thing . Food and hospitality are the most important things in India, not only in India probably it's a south Asian thing. So when we know someone we will definitely invite them for lunch or dinner. I think in American culture food doesn't have that significant place. (I think, may be wrong)My son's American friends started to understand that and join us for lunch occasionally. Otherwise in general Indians have a lot of respect towards Americans . Am not saying for the sake of saying.
