Servings: 10 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 80 grams of butter (6 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
-125 grams banana (1 large banana)
- orange peel
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 220 grams of all-purpose flour (1+1/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 15 minutes.

Hello and thank you for sharing this recipe. I've baked a batch yesterday and tried today as I always do with baked goods and the cookies are delicious 😋 I must admit I've used alternatives had no orages so used skin of a whole and juice of half a lime and I've substituted sugar with honey. Oh also the baking time took longer, around 18 minutes 😊 I am going to try the ones with coconut soon. Cheers and a good day to all

Cream 1 ripe bannana / alternative: 2 bananas Grated orange peel 1 tblsp orange juice 220 gr (1 1/4 cups) all purpose flour/ alternative: 125 gr flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ?? Powdered sugar
Looks more like banana muffins or banana scones. Cookies are thin and crispy.
