You will find countless such educated people. Not only in Varanasi, but also in Ghazipur, Mau, Ballia, and Azamgarh, I cannot name them but you will find thousands of PhD holders. If he wants to make money he should learn how to start a business which caters to a common man like opening a paan shop or pizza place.
