OH MY GOD :D What kind of a devil's contraption have you been building?! This thing sounds so unbelievably frightening, it's a joke! I was giggling like a little child and scared to death at the same time watching this. I mean i watched every episode since the first underpants project. I was expecting a hell of a sound outta that EVO head, but I sure as hell wasn't expecting the thing to sound like THAT. I freaking love you guys. Thank you so very, very much for doing this and for sharing it with us! Massive props to all of you!

Such labor of love is in that car, but, IMO, as with all such things, you'll find plenty of gremlins trying to trip you. Perseverance is what makes this car even greater than the sum of its parts. Kudos guys and hopefully by the next episode you'll have figured those pesky troubles out. :D

Crazy as it should sounds, could it be RF interference from the alternator at high rpm? Perhaps a grounding issue? Hope you get it fixed! I'm anxious to see the horsepower numbers . Keep up the great work and videos! Cheers

You probably need to get a resistor between your ECU and crankshaft sensor, I've experienced similar problems on a Megasquirt Pro install on a S38 engine, the resistor (i thought it was 10k ohms) solved it all.. Some ECU's can't handle the high voltages the sensor can make at high revs.. Very cool video's by the way, i've seen all the seasons and episodes and really love it :)

Nick Doesburg only thing your s38 use VR type crack sensor Bamse use honeywell hall sensor which use 5 volt signal.

Eetzi Productions Ei kun näin yleisesti ajattelin ja vielä kun näin että se kuoriutuu pois, niin ei sillä tee mitään. Itsellä on esim männässä pinnoiteet, mutta en tiedä onko niistä oikeasti jotain apua, niin sen takia ajattelin että on tuo hyvä, mutta ei näytä hyvältä

Nyt kun on pariin kertaan kattonut kaikki nää rakennusvideot, uudesta ja vanhasta autosta.... Miettikää kuinka paljon helpompaa Bamsella, Eetzillä ja muillakin pojilla olis ollut jos olis vaan pysyny vanhassa Volvossa.... Oi sitä menetetyn rahan, hermojen, ja kaljan määrää :`(

normally a getrag 265 is from an e30 m3 or a manual m5, they are tough as boots.

666gravedigger Ah , I see , My friend is looking for a strong gearbox from BMW(s) , he found someone say something about Getrag 260 & Getrag 265 is strong , but he don't know where to look at . He originally wanted a Volvo 5MT , but it don't looks like a strong gearbox , and his car's original gearbox should be Getrag 240 , because it is a E28 520i .

RDS Alphard G260 is strong and still cheap. If it's to go behind something in his E28 he'll be fine unless running silly power numbers and shifting fast with a very agressive clutch

But the real question is. How much HP does it make now?

yvyvffyvig Koska editointi vie aikaa. Koska tekstittäminen vie aikaa. Koska töissäkäynti ja opiskelu vie aikaa. Koska kuvaaminen vie aikaa. Näiden asioiden yhteenlaskettu kombinaatio tekee mahdottomaksi nopeella aikataululla materiaalin suoltamisen, sen takia että me halutaan voida katsoa jaksoja tyytyväisenä vielä 10 vuoden päästä ilman että leikkaukset on juosten kustu, koska meillä oli kiire saada videot nettiin. Myös paitojen myynti, postitus, kirjanpito yms. "ylijmääräinen" on aina pois videoiden editoinnista. Sen takia.
