She was trained as a ballerina until she had an injury and then moved to theatrical arts and singing and song writing. She is very well trained and as vocal coaches have pointed out it is almost impossible for her to sing as well as she does in her performances doing the moves that she does, it requires just unimaginable vocal control and she uses so many different vocal techniques, it’s really excellent

Their lyrics drop like tears from their notes... This version would win outright 💚🤍🧡

I hope for a win tho, would be a nice underdog win. I don't think they will but I hope they will. Them qualifying to grand finals would be a win already.

@cailieisidro5758 I still like the idea of an outsider winning the contest unexpectedly. The ESC has become very predictable in the era of social media, but if an outsider can take it, it'll be in a year like this where there is no obvious winner and multiple favourites. Only the live performance can swing it, and Bambie Thug has the potential to accomplish this.

As the world around me starts descending into darkness, I see an image start to glow before me. The darker it gets, the brighter it glows. As the noise of people start to fade away in the emptiness of isolation, an energy begins to vibrate in my ears. Just as I thought there was nothing left to make me feel warm or make me smile, I discovered Bambie, and find an involuntary smile on my face, mixed with a tear drop rolling down my cheek.

Ye I wish more ppl would see this performance to see that Bambie Thug is truly talented artists and its not just all about the makeup, staging and shock value. The funny thing is, if she had performed this version (although modified into 3 minutes song as is dictated by rules) she likely would have gotten more votes from both audience and especially the juries. But then again Nemo was clearly overwhelmingly juries favourite this year as Croatia was audience favourite and Ukraine is Ukraine that this might have been able to get 4th, maybe 3rd position at best but not win. Either way the performance she did ofc split the audience and juries opinions much more heavily but was still 6th best in both and overall results so she would have done well either way. I guess with this performance/version more ppl would find her more "acceptable" as ppl ridiculously drag her down because of "satanastic" elements in her Eurovision performance even when they werent really satanastic

Imagine striping bare every other song in the contest this year, it just shows you the depth of meaning and quality in this song, It transcends eurovision, even the original song should win eurovision, it's beyond a masterpiece, such a shame talent like this will be buried beneath conventional trash... I think it's time, after almost 30 years of roaming the continent, Eurovision comes home again.
