The 2020 NBA All-Star dives into what it was like playing high school ball in North Carolina, how he wanted to end up playing in Charlotte before getting drafted to Miami, and the time he told D Wade that he was going to be an All-Star.

I played against him in high school. Man he was a BEAST! That 30 points and 20 rebounds wasn’t cap he really was doing that . I think he drop about 40 on us the two times we play him
Loved the Player's Club reference. "Pay these country boys nothin" 🤣🤣🤣

I loved this interview. I didn't really know about Bam but got mad respect because he was humble. I appreciate him being receptive when Q said that he is from "Chicago " and not Chi-raq. I really appreciate Q making that statement. This is a beautiful city, and because the media may portray it differently, or other people may have a different and somewhat disrespectful name for it, it doesn't mean that's what he or I would call it. A lot of respect all around the board. I was throughly impressed!
As a huge fan of the Miami Heat I love the fact that we got Bam and Jimmy 💯 we're so underrated and one of the best teams in the league 👌🏽

Bam a real one, love the way he hustles and plays so hard every possession whether its defense or offense, he's incredible to watch, ESPECIALLY in the playoffs vs the best teams
One thing I never hear from anyone, the Miami Heat have class. And Bam is the prodigy's son. Love the love for UD 305 for life.
D miles gettin better as an interviewer
These guys are getting better! Great Work!
I remember watching a Kwe Parker, Dennis Smith dunking reel from when they were in 9th grade and I was just speechless. I mean i knew guys who were dunking in 9th grade but never dunking like THAT. Head above the rim doing behind the back dunks with ease. Shit didn't make any sense. Oh and Seventh Woods stopped the world when his Hoopmixtape dropped lol.
Shoutout Lamarcus Aldridge!!! Dude still legit imo

Great interview!
0:50 October 25, 2017 to be exact. Aldridge scored 31 pts while Adebayo had 6. He gave him the jump shot, the bump, the hook, everything. It was so bad, James Johnson had to defend Aldridge for most of the game while he. guarded Gasol. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZGyV2rapcdOxoag.html
.This interview is good. That EYBL and Gaunlet Summer was full of young NBA talent. That would be another good podcast . I need that Ball brothers interview on here
Loving da podcast Q and Darius. Id like for you guys to get Cheryl Miller on the show. Before her knee injury back in 1986 she may have been the best female to ever grace the court. The great Reggie Miller was known as "Cheryl Miller's brother" back then.

That culture in Miami is real.Separates the men from the boys. But I totally get it.Some dudes dont realize this pro career is just a small part of your life.If you're lucky to play 10 + yrs, you'll still be 30-33yrs old when you're done, but you want to give it your best with no regrets afterwards.Keep that culture Father Riles.
