Such an awesome video of the demonstration of teamwork. I recently looked at a documentary about the beginning and logic of having tug boats. This showing puts the icing on the cake. Thanks for sharing! BP

Thank you Byron. We just posted an historic 1954 story on Tugboats on our Facebook page. I'll have to post it here also.

Great video! I've been taking photos and video of ships coming in and out of Baltimore and I see pilot activities and tugs helping ships and so on so this helps me to better understand what I am looking at. The Oak Hill made a return this past October for Fleet Week and I was able to get arrival video of her and some of the other ships as well.

My cousin Joey Krause is one of the best captains/retired bay pilot and family owned tug company KRAUSE MARINE TOWING that is now owned by my 2 nd cousin David Krause and his mother Joann Krause they have been tru many battles with the huge corporate owned tug companies in the Baltimore Harbor I won’t name them but they know who they are 😂 my cousin’s are still here 20+ years later and running tugs from WW2 ask this Captain what happened to their pier with the tractor tubs under mine and collapsing it lol in the Baltimore harbor 90% of the time tractor tags are not needed

I've watched the bridge crash many times It looks unnatural The ship turns too quick and odd Something looks off Ship should have been steer between... not at the piling Power off coast for long ways and crash across the river Not into piling Any thoughts
