They are beautifull cause they have 14 percent shina dardic dna otherwise they are tibtan people in India ladakh balti people look like tibtan only in Gilgit baltistan are have dardi genetics cause before they come to baltistan many shina dardic people live their but when tibtan people invade many dardic shina people mixed with them and shina people on that area not able to preserve their language due tomajority tibtan people in their languge they use many shina dardic word,s and balti also want to copy shina culture

Since, Balti is a Tibetan language, it should be written in its own Tibetan script, instead of Perso-arabic script. Imposing perso-arabic forcefully will be both unjust and unscientific.

There are many Persian words in Balti language. So Tibetan script is not suitable for Persian words

ཨབ་དུལ ཝ་ཧཱིད། Balti people are Muslim and Tibetan People are Buddhist. Just their ancestors are same. But today they are actually different peoples. Balti people should not accept Tibetan Buddhist traditions

@@bnansb Chinese call gilgit as small balti，baltistan as big baltistan，they are independent country，they are not Indian or Ladakh，Ladakh belong Tibet，but baltistan is not，According to international law ，Ladakh are Chinese

@@remann773 Baltistan is also known as "Little Tibet". Balti people are ethically Balti but some also believes that it's a subcaste of Tibetan people. 99.99% of Baltis are muslims, Alhamdulillah..

@@amirhussainbalti If this is so then I must say Pakistan have very careless towards minority. Here in India learning, preserving of vernacular language is citizen and gov can be lodge complaint in court if fail to do so. We are also in work to give bhoti/balti constitutional recognition of India

Purgi of kargil is considered a dialect closer to balti than ladakhi but slightly different in features. Zanskari dialect is closer to Ladakhi.

Purki is the southern dialect of Balti language, it is sopoken in Kargil.

gilgit is the land of pure dardic aryan people....and baltis r mixture of dardics and tibbetians,but still they r ours ,bcs now they r following our dardic culture.

I beg to differ balti are native to the land . So dont make foolish claims. We have regional connectivity to china and tibet so we are natives of the lands on the other hand as u claims gilgitis are aryan. But aryan was not a native of the land. He was an invading emperor.

i think most of baltistani are similar with wakhi people，they are not easy to distinguish，and Chinese called Gilgit as the Small balti（小勃律），Baltistan as the Big Balti（大勃律），yeah，they are sino tibetan people no any doubt！but they are more close gilgit，For the Ladakhs，they are brainwashed by indians，they don't admit that they are Sino-Tibetan，but they treat Baltistani with different faces as the brothers，history is always cruel，before the British invasion, these places all recognized the Qing Dynasty as their suzerain state，even in the last century, they were still using Chinese currency

Purik is not a language it is the name of the place, the old name of Kargil was Purig, the language spoken in Kargil is also Balti but its accent is different.
