Love this designer...was introduced to the fashion house a couple of years ago in Vegas. The label comes with a warning...."if you wear it, check your attitude at the door. Caution will bring on moments of being sazzy!" Love the clothes....it's so over the top and out there! You looked great wearing the pieces. ❤ Your channel

@@unakararose the one with the white accents in classic cut. The only thing it slightly reminds me of your beautiful Chanel blazer with the sequence even though they are Completely different but still bit similar in a way. Not loving the diamond blk and wht jacket. The cut is stunning but feel the pattern reminds me of floor tiles sorry don’t mean to spoil it if you love it.

You think like me and you’re not wrong! The checked tweed definitely is akin to the Chanel tweed from 23K but the styles are quite different. The Balmain one is slightly more casual whereas the Chanel is more evening. But I also thought the same when I saw the tweed. I love the cut of the diamond one but the print I wouldn’t wear as a little loud for me. In solid black, definitely. But I show it on my frame to show others how it may fit ❤️❤️

As a fellow overly blessed, busty girl I completely understand your reservations about the pink piece. Furthermore, I know that your style tends toward the more modest… however, I would say that the cut - by giving you more space up top - was incredibly complimentary to your silhouette and skin tone. I’d suggest the lace/satin cami plan is well worth considering!

@@unakararose You're so sweet, lady! In this particular case, I think the cami insert would be well worth it to add this piece to your capsule. The dusky pink is something you consistently gravitate towards (and always makes you glow) and this one has the unique distinction of having the gold buttons, which is a combo that you mentioned not normally preferring (at least in accessories), but in this case it worked beautifully; so it would stand out in your wardrobe while also looking like a natural piece for you. If you could find a satin or lace cami in your natural skin tone, I think it would be such a stunning addition. I hope you're well! You'd be loving this sunny weather here; meanwhile, I'm already looking forward to the return of rainy days. :)

Hi Kara, thank you for sharing your Balmain try on. I adore the black/white jacket you first tried on and the Bomber Jacket on you very much. The pink cardigan is beautiful but just a bit low in the V. The cropped black jacket with the 4 larger buttons, the buttons in my opinion where too dominating. This is just my opinion of what suited you best. Also the white jumper looked stunning on you.

Maybe a controversial opinion, but although the pink pieces are beautiful I wouldn’t go for them. I think either the harlequin jacket or the black tweed sportier one. Because the black tweed is comfortable, classic and can easily be dressed up and the harlequin is a classic in the cut and being black and white, while a statement piece and non-standard. The bag I love, but I’m not sure how it would be functional as you can see inside, although there are liners one can buy, however, I would find the liner solution first (if needed) before buying the bag. The sunglasses are beautiful and those would be very informative summer, although I think it depends on what you already own. Sunglasses seems like a rabbit hole many fall into. I never keep more than 2 pairs

I don’t believe it’s controversial at all, fashion is subjective 😘 The diamond jacket is iconic and totally agree being monochrome it is easy to style. I knew I’d divide the crowd between both black tweeds hehe - they are both so beautiful; sportier one is so cool and trendy whereas the edge to edge one is classic and timeless. The beauty of Balmain is Rousteing always caters for all three end uses; couture statement, trendy, and classic. Ah the basket bag? It comes with its own fabric liner. It’s such a statement piece I love it! Sunglasses, oh I totally agree where does one stop as easy to collect and store. This one was extra special though, it’s Japanese made and the look gives full-on couture vibes. Loved chatting with you! K xx
