The way Callum looked at Keanu at the end is badass

This was EXACTLY what I was worried about the minute we saw Keanu's face when he returned. I was thinking to myself, I hope he's not back to cause any trouble, especially not for Ben and Callum. Now look what's happening! One can only hope that Keanu is going to stay well away so that things can stay at peace for Ben and Callum. But I realize, things are never that simple in soapland are they? :-/

I knew they would be happy this is going to be Ben being protect of callum now and I love it

"If you start anything you'll come off worse" Ben easily dominated you in the last fight you had and threw you off of a boat without much effort. Can't see Keanu winning this one lol.

Ben also is so much better at playing the long game, while Keanu has the intelligence of a box of rocks.

Like Ben would even know who he was after glancing at a full head of hair from the back for 2.5 seconds 😂

Well, this is what I expect from Ballum. Ben would clearly have a go at this, and Callum would definitely try to stop that. This is very cute, Ben being protective and Callum being a pacifist. LOL. Callum is still very angry, though (who wouldn't?). Glad that they have these scenes of Keanu with people he interacted with 3 years ago right after he came back to the square.

I tell you just when you think you can take a breath things start to get crazy again 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️😫😫here’s hoping the peaceful times last🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

@John Mooney Acoording to that rationale, Keanu "pushed" Ben since he cheated on his sister with his dad's wife, right? Do you realize how stupid and wrong this sounds? Those are grown men, if they commit a crime, that's their own choice and they are responsible for the consequences. Period. So no, Keanu doesn't get a carte Blanche for what he did, especially since he chose to target Callum, who had done absolutely nothing to him and was in no way to blame for what happened between him and Ben's family. What is your excuse for that?

@@lamariposa5558 keanu never cheated on Louise, he wasn't even with her when him and Sharon happened. The only person who cheated was Sharon. Also Ben did push him, can't plan to Off someone and then act all high and mighty when the person tries to get you back and callum? Married into a family full of "gansters" who hurt and constantly threaten people, doesn't exactly have the right to still judge keanu considering all Ben has done and planned

I thought Callum would be more pissed considering keanu kidnapped him

That is because this is the Ben Mitchell show so the only feelings that matter are Ben's, Callum is just a prop for Ben's storyline at this point

Callum feelings don't matter to the Eastenders writers. Callum is a plot device he is written as Ben gay sidekick he is a total muppet, pushover and a wimp. It isn't surprising he didn't want a confrontation with Keanu. Keanu kidnapped Callum yet the writers have decided he is a soft man.

Remember he is a policeman and he might be on duty that day. A friend of mine was a Met officer and for three or four years in a row he had to work on Xmas and Boxing day. It's the way things are, I'm afraid.

Callum is basically an extra he pops up here and there. Callum is no longer an independent character like he used to be. Callum has no storyline he is basically Ben gay best friend there is no sexual chemistry between the characters. Callum is a pushover who always listens to his problems. I think people should be worried for Tony Clay. Callum has no family left besides his grandmother who is rarely seen on screen. The writers have reduced his screentime this year. Someone mentioned he is a cop YET Callum hasn't had any police scenes since August. Notice Callum isn't in any scenes alone with other characters anymore. Really sad what Chris Clenshaw has done to character. He's a plot device. Since Callum is a plot device he won't be on screen during the important Christmas scenes. I get that Callum has no ties to Lola so he won't be in those scenes. But the Eastenders writers won't even let Callum hang with Whitney who is supposed to be a good friend and Felix. That's the problem the writers are up to something with Callum doesn't look good. Unless things improve don't be surprised if Callum written out of show next year probably killed off.

@@JordanjamesX There are things I resent about the way they write Callum - he is treated very much like Ben's sidekick, and I don't like the way Ben sometime ascribes a female role to Callum - we have one here "you'll make a great nan one day" - said as a joke, but it seems to establish Callum as the less assertive of the pair. When Kenau was being sarcastic, Callum could have reminded him he is a police officer and will be keeping an eye on him. It is criminal that Tony Clay is underused when we have Shane Richie a real hammy amateur wedged into nearly every scene - his hideous pantomime takes place next week - almost as big a turn off for me as the mawkish scenes of HRH "Dot"s long drawn out funeral this week. I get the feeling the producer prefers the drag queen to Callum as he was the one that just happened on Barry this week. Neither Callum or (is it Felix? - I sort of switch off when he comes on) knew Barry or Colin, so it would have made as much sense for Callum to have seen him.

I admit that I don't like Callum that much but I don't hate him either, and deserved better as a character, he was always treated as Ben's lover/husban, he was never given the treatment of being an independent character, and I think the conclusion of his coming out storylines was so rushed to facilitate his relationship with Ben. He should've learned slowly how to come to terms with his sexuality and seeks Tina's and Bernadette's help to do so, and then have some flings with random blokes before committing to Ben.

Ben's right? It was stupid for Keanu to come to Walford, Karen should have went to see him instead. Sidenote: I really love how much Ben and Lola love each other. Most co-parents just drop the kid off when it's their turn, but these two make it work to keep their baby happy.

callum and ben are no angels..... if keanu wants to come back he should. One on one my money is on keanu. Same old same old.... ben will do something stupid and corrupt cal will bail him out.... been there and back often.

Seem a little biased there. Keanu is a horrible person. Sleeping with the stepmom of his fiance. Having kids with all of them. Kidnapping........ And everything else. And Ben is the bad guy. I hope you have a Keanu in your future. You deserve each other.

@@donny1960 All the women he slept with wanted him in their bed. He can't help it that he is not shooting blanks. If they did not want kids they should have made him use a condom or have used birth control. Kidnapping was in response to the Mitchells threats and actions. Actions have consequences even for the Mitchells. Ben is a bad guy, Callum is a corrupt cop. I call a spade and spade.
