ASA. I appreciate this tutorial. How are you attaching the clusters into the garland? It doesn't look like you are tying the necks. If you are, you are making it look really easy.

I love watching and learning from you. Can you please tell me the best methods for installations that have helium inflated balloons. Do we buy a helium tank?

Thank you so much. Depending on the size of the installation I would invest in a helium tank or use party city lol. I used party city for a while before investing in a professional helium tank.

Aww thank you so much! No question is stupid they’re sized to around 8 or 8 1/2inches. I eyeball it when I inflate.
