The intro is F# then Bm with octaves on the left hand and Bm chord twice G/b once and Bm again on the right hand, repeats it. The rest you can find on DylanChords! Always chords on right hand and octaves on left, it's real simple i'm sure you'll be able to play it :)

I really appreciate your try, but this song is untouchable, too difficult to interpret; this version doesn’t expresses what’s behind the song, unfortunately. Anyway congrats for your contribute, sounds quite okay. Keep rocking man
