Oh man, I can see it now! A limited edition Ball with a black dial, white indices and an orange seconds hand with the 'RR' Random Rob logo as the seconds hand balance. Nick at Exquisite, make this happen!

I love it. I actually appreciate the cyclops, now that age has taken my closeup vision. I would be more OK with the butterfly clasp if it had pushers to release it.

The butterfly clasp on my Ball Enigineer II Endurance 1917 is better than I expected. Maybe I just got lucky that my wrist is the right size.

Reminds me of the mountain glacier seiko alpinist, but this one has a cleaner look.

The dial colour is stunning, but why on earth they put a cyklop on it? It could have been a nice simple watch without the date complication.

Tritium makes this watch special. I feel like ball is what rolex used to be.

Got this in turquoise 100 piece limited edition today .. it clicks so many boxes .. for the $$, this is amazing .. 904L steel COSC certification 5 year warranty Anti magnetic Night legibility May be the clasp could have had pushers .. but it makes me not taking it off often.. 😂

Rob - have any thoughts on the Ball Engineer III Outlier? It looks like a good spec sheet, but still a bit vague on info.

I bought this same model watch from ETP with green dial, it arrived arrived with brushed lugs like this one. Most photos show it with polished lugs. Is this a variant or done aftermarket? BTW, love the watch.

Very underrated watch brand. Unfortunately people focus more on the Hong Kong connection than the actual brand quality and value.

Of the various BALL watches I've owned, the Engineer III case/bracelet is my favorite. I have the Legend in 43mm. The only disappointing part of the watch for me is that the butterfly mechanism doesn't have the locking side pushers. I remedied that by replacing it with a butterfly locking side pushers mechanism for a Tissot bracelet.

I don’t think the indices look funny I think they look great. And that dial color is really great. This is on my short list for next watch within the next month.

If they made this particular model with a silver dial I would get it.

Beautiful watch but I like micro adjust. Butterfly clasps are a no no for me.

I sure hope exquisite timepieces doesn’t sell all of these “review watches” at the same prices as they sell their new watches.

They are very nice pieces, however the compression style no button lock clasp is less than ideal. They wear out and do not lock very securely after a short time. Love their watches, can't buy another one with the compression lock.

that dial is absolutely gorgeous, but why a cyclops? I mean, it's fine I guess, just seems unnecessary.

I find the hour/minute hands too small compared to the indices

I have the Engineer III in Green. I like it well enough, but Ball are overpriced. I paid C$2600 for mine, and for that I could have gotten a Tudor, Longines or similar. I think CDN$1,300 is more appropriate price

I have one for sale on the Discord. Mint condition. Reducing price to $1350 CONUS just for today.

They seem nice for being a Chinese watch. WAY overpriced for being Chinese watch though. Of course they lie about the Swiss Made aspect, it's nowhere near 60%(bare minimum requirement) made in Switzerland.
