Baling Hay: First Cut 2023
Unfortunately, hay is going to be scarce this year. We have only been getting roughly 2/3 of our normal amount of bales from our first cuts. We are almost done with our first cut for this year, so I'm including some footage of mowing, tedding, raking, and baling to show you the entire process. Hopefully we get some rain to make the second cutting better than I expect.

Cool weather in the spring slowed growth on our variety of grass setting us back on ist cut......We had to divide the acreage......... 80 acres close and 100 acres distant.......First cut on both about 900 4x5 rounds just finished 2nd cut close 425........ and fertilizer applied for 3rd cut

I don’t think there will be any possibility of a third cut for us. Hope your third turns out well.

We've got the 2nd cut on the distant field (80 acres) to get done first.....
Sevin dust works very good. Use it on my squash plants.

It is absolutely insane in the membrane how many views ( and subscribers.) the channel has gotten over the best several days. He needs to do a special, I keep telling him that. As of right now, this video has I think 2.5K views and just over 200 subs.
