Luckily...no " brown stripes" were involved ...afaik...but as far as red stripes...moisture...and new kettle gates for Uncle Jeff go...another sterling Sonne Frames production! Still hope one day to see Brain, Uncle Jeff...and Cole on horsebacks with a windswept alfalfa field in the background, kinda like the classic Bonanza shot of Hoss, Little Joe and Adam...hanging on the wall at....Storla Station! Thank ya'll for ranchin', farmin', fixin' and feedin' 🇺🇸 !

Two great minds with but a single thought 13:11. And may I say, that was some mighty fancy editing at 5:27 splitting the audio and video during the alfalfa soliloquy. You are definitely a Brave Boy! Fun video even if it was not a fun day. It is no fun being hot and moist and covered in grass and dirt, unless it was due to being up to no good.

Another excellent video guys. A little part reality and some humor. I know it’s your everyday life and figure why would anyone find this interesting to watch. It’s just two men doing their daily tasks. I don’t have an answer to why I watch -- every video! But, I catch myself laughing and being entertained. Funny how fast those 20 minutes go by. Thanks guys… I hope whatever monies you get from KZread or other platforms it helps the farm with equipment and other purchases. As well as providing Cole and Tiffany with a comfortable life. Thanks Again….

I feel ya on the chemical drift. Our neighbor sprayed his field to get rid of the bindweed. It drifted to our pasture and wiped it out. We won’t be reseeding until actual rain shows up, and the funny part is, neighbor still has acres of bindweed. Just one of those sigh, shrug and dry chuckle moments. Cause if we did anything else we’d go crazy.

And to add to Mr. Brooks comment, one good pass of 6011 would have been sufficient. The cover pass of 7018 will insure that the largest tractor you own, won’t break those welds. Well done Sonne Farms, keep them coming.

Great vidya Gents. Thanks again for the recommendations Cole. I have had my hands in a good share of agriculture, even spreading manure. The one thing I never really had any experience with is livestock. I am familiar with equine hay burners, but not the bovine ones. They used to tell me that if the Xray checks out after a pass with 6011 and a cover of 7018, which is the UA 21 weld test, the apprenticeship program for Pipefitters would come at full scale because they'd just give the applicant a journeyman's card. Don't ever consider it though, that farm is the better life brother. Say hi to Brian for me. Cheers Sonne Fellers.

Thanks for another great video Cole. It was interesting and enjoyable as always. Grass hay coming to an end, all right. You all did great with it this year. Good amount of bales also. Sorry about the beans you had to drive over but sometimes it is necessary. The hay from that field was outstanding. Cole, excellent job on welding the gates. Looks like a nice setup for sorting the herd. You do great with the welder. Nice unit you have for that work. Excellent song of the day Brian. Hadn’t heard that one for a while. Yes, Billie Idler has a nice soft voice. Good listening type songs. Brian I always enjoy your talks about life on the farm and the different issues you have to manage or deal with. You have an excellent hand on your operation that is for sure. Did not think those round bales would plug like that. Was interesting part of the video aside from having to unplug the baler. About it I guess. You all take care and be safe. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks for everything Sonne’s. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

I feel your pain on the bales of hay without net wrap. We had two this year, which wasn't that many, and yet they are just a pain to re-roll, being so dry. One didn't wrap due to opening the gate before the last beep, the other was a netting issue. Well that's just how it goes, I guess. You do an awesome job on those gates, Cole! Good job on the video, thanks for sharing, have a fantastic weekend.

Good Saturday Mornin' Sonne Farms!! Outside right now, the thunder is rumbling. Looks like another gully washer is on the way. I feel sorry for all those people out there with carboard boxes of food on their doorsteps. The rain's gonna get those cardboard boxes all soggy and wet and probably spoil the contents. Those folks are gonna wish their pantries were well stockpiled with fresh food from their local farmers and ranchers. Zacharia, one of the hands on the farm, told me last night at supper he knew rain's a comin'. He had that "rheumy feelin'" in his elbow. Y'all take care now.
