So well done. It’s heart wrenching and feels so real. The acting all round is superb but the Balinese mother grabbed my heart. She was beautiful inside and out. It reminds me of what lovely people they are.

Having some how survived the Bali Bombings myself as painful as this will be to watch I will do so in Bali as I will be closer to my five friends I lost in the Sari club. We will never forget them or the last time we saw them. It's an important reminder for people of future generations to learn from the past, so that we never ever see this happen again in Bali, or any where else. 🙏 88 Australians, 202 people and my 5 mate's 🙏

I'm so sorry you were there and lost 5 friends. I'm Australian but never been to Bali and I refuse to ever go there because of the bombings in 2002. I was newly married and had our first child in may 2002. I was pregnant when sept 11th happened then this 1 yr 1 month and 1 day after that. I think remembering such devastating events is definitely needed so that hopefully they are never repeated

You are so right that future generations need to learn from the past, I truly feel for you and know time has passed but obviously never ever leaves you, enjoy being close to your friends who lost their lives in Bali, be safe and happy x

My mum was staying on some of the nearby islands and decided to come to Bali for a night. She was just a few streets away but luckily on.y got minor cuts/bruises. She said that coming home on the plane was really hard because there were so many sick and injured people. We went to Bali again this year, mainly so when she grows old the memories she has of Bali will be the happy ones with her family, not the firelit, scary ones that she previously remembered.

This was after my 13th Birthday in the 7th Grade Middle School during a 23 Day Sniper Attack by Muhammad and Malvo after Cartoon Network Celebrates it's 10th Birthday.

Anyone know how to watch this in the US?

Recently watched this series, extremely emotional and remember a cousin of mine at the time was backpacking around that part of the world and fortunately wasn't there, but really does hit home and gives you a lot to think about. The acting was very good from all but the young Indonesian girl whose husband was killed in the bombings is a great actress, the real tears streaming down her face was really felt. Amazing to watch, moving, sad and anger. Now knowing that they have actually released one of the terrorists involved in the bombing in 2022 is way beyond me, truly hope this evil 'thing' gets what is coming to him!
