He gets them back though at one point. It's a refresh of the comment about his breasts initially. He says something about how shapely his new body is and Jhaeira, Imoen, and I think Viconia all basically growl after he says it.

It is fair to say that although a total narcissist Edwin/Edwina is undoubtedly the most powerful mage as he gets a high amount of spells. Furthermore in addition with that scroll save for the temporary transformation there is a permanent effect; that lore is so good that you don't even need identify for Edwin (He can't use it anyway but still) Ironically the temporary transformation is but a prelude to Edwin's ultimate fate after Throne Of Bhaal if he crosses paths with Elminster. *"Edwina, however, tends bar in a Waterdeep tavern. She is a bitter, bitter woman."*

Oh, too bad they didn't change the portrait, otherwise it might not be apparent right away what the scroll did, even with the voice. Plus, it would be hilarious every time there's dialog.

Edwina is cute. Cute!

The serious and epic atmosphere song just makes Edwin's transformation better

I once knew a red mage of Thay. Who dreamed of lichdom some day. He said he knew how to do it. But he still managed to screw it up in the funniest way.

If you keep Edwin as a female through the underdark he is cured by the silver dragon when she disguises your party.

@@MistyKathrine Not sure, I don't recall when but he turned back to normal at some point, I just didn't notice until I was back in Athkatla about to take on Bodhi. I don't remember if it was EE or not.

I love the portrait. Did some fan make that? Or is it a mod? I looked when Edwin changed in my game and his portrait was still male. Damn I would of come on to him if he looked like that post op.

Considering how he despises his female form, it's obviously men. Then again I don't think he would even attempt to have sex in his female form. Still being very much his old male self in mind, he might just find that quite demeaning. XD

I honestly would have preferred if this concept had been explored with another mage, who actually wanted the transformation. As a transgender woman, the idea of being able to use magic to transform the body to fit the mind is a powerful fantasy, and it is a shame to waste it on a reluctant character - or worse, a joke. It would be such a simple concept, to have a Transmutation specialist Mage, whose end goal was to change their body to fit with their gender identity.

Manuel Sacha I actually wish people didn't give them such a hard time over the whole Siege of Dragonspear thing. The negative press and reviews over the controversy couldn't of been good for the games sales and I love this game series, they would of continued the series if Dragonspear was a best seller. Would of liked to have continued my Kensai/Mage.
