I'm 22 years in construction & alot of balconies are are always a issue because some posh arsed idiot of a architect that thinks every idea he has is functional when its not but it looks good on paper so it will work.😄..well done lads top work done like always..keep making a show of these cowboy architects.👍

About to build a house with a balcony, what is the correct design?

One question, is the balcony sloped? If not, the water puddle will still form under the slab right? And that's bad?

Wonderful work . all balconies are badly designed by architects and they never get it right
