Components: 1 Transistor BC 547 NPN 2. Diode IN 4007 3. Resistor 1K ( Brown, black,red ) 4. Lithium ion 18650 3.7V 5. Solar panel and led i took from old rechargeable emergency light..

Sorry that i don't know but here my solar panel already damaged during full sunlight O/P voltage around only 3 Volt..
