Magandang Balay Remedios.. sa ganung panahon more than a hundred years alam na mayamang angkan lamang ang makapagpapagawa ng ganyang kagandang balay.. and then now ay maganda pa rin at naging restaurant.. magandang mindset yun naging pangnegosyo at the same time di rin naman nabalewala ang pamanang tahanan ng mga ninuno nila dahil pinaayos pa rin at nanatiling napakaganda.

Sana mapuntahan mo din luma schools tulad ng legarda elementary school sa sampaloc manila.Malapit dun may legarda mansion sa gubat kung tawagin nila sa mag asawa puno

I just feel that the ground floor pink/orange room at the entrance is too intense and harsh to the eyes, affecting the stomach digestion. I suggest changing the color to to a mild baby pink to induce pleasant surroundings. Or, the this ground floor can be all-dirty-white with mint green line trimmings. Plenty of old-fashioned plants can be placed in corners like palmera, san jose, Thai bamboo. Orchids, too, on table tops. The second floor can open to a magnificent view of the Capitol grounds.

Notice the panel in front of the facade it's decorated with carved flowerette or flower form with intricate flowing lines the panel in the living room above the second the panel wall had a true Art Nouveau style designed the window glass panel is called waffled glass which is a transition of Ary Nouveau style from Capiz sliding windows to glass panel or etched glass or colored glass the best color for the facade if intended to restore and repaint it is the light colored green or celadon green the details painted in white Plaza San Luis Complex in Intramuros Casa Manila complex had a fine example of this style the green house next to Barbara Restaurant

I've noticed the strong color inside the interior the best color shade for the interior of this house is muted green or pastel hue with flowerette decoration in each panel in flowing line with miniature roses in pinkish tone or viniette pastoral scene or in romantic view scenery with cherubs with dashes of gold leaf to give a golden elegance in this Art Nouveau interior
