    I still have one more GCSE chemistry exam tomorrow (I do ocr gateway) and I'm 100% going to use this method when they ask me to balance an equation! It makes so much more sense :) thank you

    If u can’t balance the electrons but just multiplying one by two do you have to multiply both of them??? Eg if I have gained 5 electrons but lost two. Would you multiply the 5 by two and the two by 5 ???

    Because it has gone from 5 to -3. which is 8. Hope this helps
